When you visit the above links, BO BF SVH receives information about you. This policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to you when:

 

You visit our Links;

You register on our Links to receive information about our help;

You make a donation;

You have provided us with your personal data in another way for communication purposes; or

You buy any product on the Links;

This Privacy Policy contains detailed information on how BF SVH processes your personal data and how BF SVH protects your rights to your data. BO BF SVH is the controller (owner) of personal data processed through Links. 1. DATA PROCESSING

How BO BF SVH processes your personal data depends on how you use the Links and interact with them. Some information is provided directly by you, while other information is processed using automated technologies.

Types of data processed by BO BF SVH: BO BF SVH processes the following types of your data:

Details of the use of Links (visited pages, length of stay, method of visit, time of visit).

Access to Links: BO BF SVH processes information when you provide it directly to BO BF SVH via the Link, when you make a donation, order a product or visit the Link.

 

Obtaining Information from Third Parties: BF SVH may obtain information about you from other sources, including public databases or from third parties from whom BF SVH acquired data, and combine this data with information that BO BF SVH already has about you. . 2. HOW BF SVH USES PERSONAL DATA

BO SVH does not sell, lease, lease, trade or otherwise transfer personal data of visitors to the Links, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. 3. YOUR REQUESTS FOR DATA PROCESSING

BO BF SVH confirms that you have the right to access your personal data, and manages your requests, when necessary. You have the following rights:

 

You may request to access, correct, update or delete your personal data collected while using the Links.

You can request additional information regarding the purposes of processing your personal data; types of personal data processed by the BF SVH; places of priority collection of personal data of the BF SVH; entities to which the BF SVH provides access to personal data; and shelf life of BO BF SVH  personal data.

You may object to the processing of your personal data, require the BF SVH to restrict the processing of your personal data or require the transfer of your personal data.

You have the right to refuse advertising messages sent to you by the BF SVH at any time. You can do this by clicking on the link "unsubscribe" or "unsubscribe" in the promotional emails that the BF SVH sends you, including the news of the BF SVH news. In cases where the BF SVH collects and processes your personal data on the basis of your informed consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. However, the revocation of your consent will not affect the legality of any processing of personal data carried out by the BF SVC prior to your revocation of consent, nor will it affect the processing of your personal data on the basis of other than informed consent.

Upon your request and if it is technically possible, BO SVH will provide you with a copy of your personal data or pass it directly to another controller (owner). You have the right to file a complaint regarding the collection and use of your personal data with the personal data protection supervisory authority. To send a request, send an e-mail to BF SVH at fond@spilkavolonteriv.com  with the inscription "Request for personal data" in the subject of the letter and provide BU BF SVH full information about your request, including your contact information and any other details that you consider relevant. BF SVH will respond to a request for access within 30 days of receiving such a request for personal data held by BF SVH, or if BO BF SVH is unable to provide such data within a specified period - BO BF SVH will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.

You may be granted other rights under applicable law.

 

Requirement of identity verification: In accordance with the law, the BF SVH is obliged to verify that any submitted request was sent by a person with a legal right of access to data. Therefore, before providing any information in accordance with the personal data subject's request for access to such data, the BF SVH may ask you to provide the BF SVH with additional information so that the BF SVH can confirm your identity and legal authority.

 

4. LEGAL DISCLOSURE

In certain cases, the BF SVH may be obliged to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests of public authorities, including for the purpose of ensuring national security or at the request of law enforcement agencies. BF SVH reserves the right to disclose your personal information in accordance with the law and when BF SVH honestly believes that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of BF SVH and / or for the purpose of litigation, compliance with court rulings or litigation initiated against BU BF SVH.

 

5. REPORTING ISSUES

You have the right to report privacy complaints to the National Data Protection Supervisor. In Ukraine, this is the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, who can be contacted via e-mail hotline@ombudsman.gov.ua. 6. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

BO SVH SVH regularly reviews the Privacy Policy. You will be notified in writing of any updates to the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was last updated on April 11, 2022.
